Calls aren't syncing automatically
- Check that your webhook is configured correctly in Fathom
- Verify the Webhook Secret matches in Settings > Integrations
- Try clicking Test Connection to verify the API key
- Use manual sync as a fallback

- Click Edit on the Fathom connection
- Regenerate your API key in Fathom
- Update it in CallVault
- Click Test Connection to verify
