Understanding Responses
Sources
The AI often cites which calls it pulled information from. Click these to view the original transcript.Confidence
Some answers are direct quotes, others are summaries. If it says “mentioned” vs “said exactly,” that’s the difference.Limitations
- The AI can only search synced, indexed transcripts
- Very long transcripts might be chunked, missing some context
- Recent calls need time to be indexed
Troubleshooting
”I couldn’t find information about that”
- Check if relevant calls are synced
- Try broader search terms
- Remove restrictive filters
Slow responses
- Complex questions take longer
- Many transcripts = more search time
- Try narrowing with filters
Wrong information
- Verify by checking the source call
- Try rephrasing the question
- Add specific call context
