Step 1: Create your account
Sign up
Go to app.callvault.ai/signup and create your account with your work email or Google SSO.
Create or join an organization
When you sign up for the first time, CallVault creates a personal organization for you automatically. You can rename it or create a new one for your team in Settings → Workspaces.If a colleague has already set up a team account, ask them to invite you instead of creating a new org.
Step 2: Connect a call source
- Fathom
- Zoom
- YouTube
- File upload
- Go to Settings → Integrations → Fathom
- Click Connect Fathom and sign in to your Fathom account
- Authorize CallVault to access your recordings
- CallVault will begin importing your existing Fathom calls and will automatically sync new ones after each meeting
Step 3: Review your first call
Once a call has been imported or uploaded:- Click the call title to open it
- You’ll see the transcript on the left and an AI summary on the right
- Use the summary to get the highlights — action items, key topics, and a brief overview
- Click any line in the transcript to jump to that point in the recording
