Settings & Configuration

The Settings page lets you manage your account, integrations, AI configuration, and more.

Accessing Settings

1. Click your avatar in the top right
2. Select Settings from the dropdown
3. Or navigate directly to /settings

​

Settings Tabs

Settings is organized into tabs. What you see depends on your role.

​

Account Tab

Available to everyone Your personal settings:

• Profile Information - Your name and email
• Theme Toggle - Switch between light and dark mode
• Preferences - Notification settings (if available)

Integrations Tab

Available to everyone This is where you manage your Fathom connection.

​

Fathom Connection

Shows your current connection status:

• Connected - Fathom is linked and working
• Disconnected - Setup needed

Actions:

• Edit Connection - Update API key or webhook secret
• Test Connection - Verify the API key works
• Disconnect - Remove the Fathom link

Fathom Setup Wizard

If not connected, click Connect Fathom to start the guided setup:

1. Enter your API Key
2. Enter your Webhook Secret
3. Configure the webhook URL in Fathom
4. Select event scopes
5. Complete setup

AI Knowledge Base

Shows indexing status for AI Chat:

• Total Calls - How many calls are in your library
• Indexed - How many are searchable by AI
• Chunks - How the transcripts are divided for search

Actions:

• Index Transcripts - Process calls for semantic search
• Refresh Status - Update the counts

AI Tab

Available to everyone Configure AI model preferences:

• Default Model - Which AI model to use for Chat
• API Keys - Add your own OpenAI or other API keys
• Model Selection - Switch between available models

Billing Tab

Team/Admin only Manage your subscription and billing:

• View current plan
• Update payment method
• View invoices

​

Users Tab

Team/Admin only Manage team members:

• Invite new users
• Set roles (admin, member)
• Remove access

​

Admin Tab

Admin only System-wide configuration:

• User management
• System settings
• Advanced configuration

Common Tasks

​

Changing Your Theme

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Find the theme toggle
3. Click to switch between Light and Dark mode

​

Updating Fathom Credentials

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Find the Fathom connection
3. Click Edit
4. Update your API Key and/or Webhook Secret
5. Save changes

Indexing for AI Search

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Find AI Knowledge Base Status
3. Click Index Transcripts
4. Wait for processing to complete
5. Check that “Indexed” count increases

​

Adding Your Own API Key

If you want to use your own OpenAI key:

1. Go to Settings > AI
2. Find the API Key section
3. Enter your OpenAI API key
4. Save

This lets you use your own API quota for Chat.

Troubleshooting

​

Can’t see certain tabs

Some tabs are role-restricted:

• Billing, Users, Admin require team/admin role
• Ask your admin to upgrade your permissions

​

Fathom shows disconnected

1. Go to Settings > Integrations
2. Click Edit on Fathom connection
3. Re-enter your API key
4. Click Test Connection
5. If it fails, generate a new key in Fathom

Indexing stuck

1. Refresh the page
2. Check the status again
3. Try triggering index again
4. If it persists, try with fewer calls
