Control Center is what you land on right after logging in to CallVault. Instead of dropping you straight into your call list, it leads with what actually needs your attention, then gives you a fast overview of activity and a few shortcuts to the most common next actions.

What you see

Needs Attention

Failed imports and pending invitations, surfaced first. If nothing needs action, this section confirms you’re caught up instead of just being empty.

Overview

Total calls, calls this week (with a week-over-week percentage change), connected sources, and workspace count.

Quick Links

One-click shortcuts to Browse calls, Connect a source, and Invite teammate — the actions you’d actually come to a landing page to do, not things already one click away in the sidebar.

Recent Calls

Your most recently recorded or imported calls, with a link to view your full call library.

Needs Attention

This is the first thing Control Center shows, deliberately — a real signal beats a flat stat. It surfaces:
  • Failed imports — tap through to review and retry
  • Pending invitations — teammates who haven’t accepted yet, with a link to resend or check status
If there’s nothing outstanding, you’ll see a simple confirmation that everything is caught up.

Where Control Center lives

Control Center is the default landing page at / after login, and is also reachable directly at /control-center. All of its data reflects your currently active organization — switching organizations updates the stats and recent calls shown.

Getting to your calls

Control Center isn’t a replacement for your call library — it’s the front door. Click Browse calls under Quick Links, or View all under Recent Calls, to get to the full list. See Calls for what’s in a call record.
