The Plaud connector is currently in beta and uses a Plaud Web session token rather than a standard OAuth sign-in.
Connecting Plaud
1
Open integrations settings
In CallVault, go to Settings → Integrations → Plaud.
2
Use the Plaud Connector browser bridge
CallVault’s Plaud Connector opens Plaud Web and captures a valid session token automatically. Sign in to Plaud Web if prompted.
3
Or paste a token manually
If the browser bridge is unavailable, paste the Bearer token from Plaud Web directly, and choose the Plaud API region that matches your account (Global, Europe, or Asia Pacific).
4
Search recordings by date
Once connected, search your Plaud recordings by date range and select the ones to import.
What syncs
For each imported Plaud recording:- Recording
- Title
- Date and duration
Where synced calls land
New calls from Plaud land in your My Calls workspace by default. Use Routing Rules to route them automatically.Managing the connection
Go to Settings → Integrations → Plaud to check connection status or disconnect. Disconnecting stops future syncs but does not delete calls already imported.Troubleshooting

The browser bridge won't capture a token
Make sure you’re fully signed in to Plaud Web when the bridge opens. If it still doesn’t capture a token, paste the Bearer token from Plaud Web manually instead.

Plaud Web session tokens expire periodically. Reopen the Plaud Connector browser bridge to capture a fresh one, or paste an updated token manually.

Choose the matching API region (Global, Europe, or Asia Pacific) when pasting a token manually — using the wrong region will fail to find your recordings.
