Share a call transcript and recording with anyone via a link — no CallVault account required.
You can share any call with a single link. The person you share it with can view the transcript, play the recording, and read the AI summary — without needing a CallVault account. This makes it easy to share calls with clients, candidates, external stakeholders, or anyone else who wouldn’t normally be in your CallVault workspace.
You can configure the following options for each share link:
Expiry date
Set an expiry date after which the link stops working. Useful for time-sensitive content or when you want the access to end after a meeting or project.
Password protection
Require recipients to enter a password before viewing the call. Share the password separately for an extra layer of security.
Disable at any time
Deactivate a share link instantly from the call’s share settings — even if it hasn’t expired yet.
Allow download
Optionally allow recipients to download the transcript as a PDF or the recording file.
Share links are the only way external people can access your calls — they cannot search your workspace or see any other content. However, share links are accessible to anyone who has the URL.
Share links are “anyone with the link” access by default. If a call contains sensitive information, use password protection or set an expiry date. Disable the link immediately if you share it with the wrong person.
For internal sharing with teammates who have CallVault accounts, it’s better to invite them to the workspace directly rather than using share links — that way they get full search and navigation access.
Recipients who open a share link see a clean read-only view of the call. The CallVault branding is visible, but there are no navigation menus, no access to other workspaces, and no prompts to sign up unless you choose to include a signup call-to-action.
