Your account settings control your personal profile and preferences — things that apply to you specifically, regardless of which organization or workspace you’re in. Access your account settings by clicking your avatar or name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and selecting Settings, or by going directly to Settings → Account.

Profile

In the Profile section you can update:
  • Display name — how your name appears to teammates in workspaces, comments, and member lists
  • Email address — your login email; changing this requires verification via the new address
  • Profile photo — upload an avatar (optional, but helps teammates recognize you)
  • Password — change your password here; if you signed up with Google SSO, you can also add a password for direct login

Notifications

Control which events trigger email notifications and in-app alerts:
NotificationWhat triggers it
New call added to workspaceA call is imported or uploaded to a workspace you’re a member of
You’re added to a workspaceA workspace admin adds you to a new workspace
Org invite acceptedA teammate accepts an org invite you sent
Transcription completeA call you uploaded finishes transcribing
Routing rule appliedA routing rule moves or tags a call
Weekly digestA summary of new calls across your workspaces (sent Monday mornings)
Toggle each notification type on or off independently for email and in-app alerts.

Connected accounts

The Connected accounts section shows any third-party accounts linked to your CallVault login (e.g., Google for SSO). You can add or remove connected accounts here. This is separate from workspace integrations (Fathom, Zoom) — those are configured in Settings → Integrations.

Billing

If you’re the organization owner, the Billing section appears here (or at Settings → Workspaces → Billing). It shows:
  • Your current plan and next billing date
  • A link to manage your subscription (update payment method, upgrade, or cancel)
  • Invoice history for past payments
If you’re not the org owner, billing information isn’t visible — contact your org owner to make changes to the plan.

Danger zone

At the bottom of account settings, the Delete account option permanently removes your personal account, including any calls in your My Calls workspace.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will be removed from all organizations and workspaces, and your personal calls will be deleted. Calls in shared workspaces are not affected.
