Your account settings control your personal profile and preferences — things that apply to you specifically, regardless of which organization or workspace you’re in. Access your account settings by clicking your avatar or name in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar and selecting Settings, or by going directly to Settings → Account.

Profile

In the Profile section you can update:
  • Display name — how your name appears to teammates in workspaces, comments, and member lists
  • Email address — your login email; changing this requires verification via the new address
  • Profile photo — upload an avatar (optional, but helps teammates recognize you)
  • Password — change your password here; if you signed up with Google SSO, you can also add a password for direct login

Notifications

Control which events trigger email notifications and in-app alerts: Toggle each notification type on or off independently for email and in-app alerts.

Connected accounts

The Connected accounts section shows any third-party accounts linked to your CallVault login (e.g., Google for SSO). You can add or remove connected accounts here. This is separate from workspace integrations (Fathom, Zoom) — those are configured in Settings → Integrations.

Billing

Go to Settings → Billing to see your plan.
Every CallVault account currently gets full Pro-tier features automatically, at no cost — there’s nothing to buy and no feature gate to hit. This page shows your plan as “Pro” with its monthly AI action allowance and usage, but there’s no payment method to add and no upgrade to make right now.
This is a temporary, product-wide setting rather than something tied to your specific account — if it changes in the future, this page will show real plan and payment details again.

Danger zone

At the bottom of account settings, the Delete account option permanently removes your personal account, including any calls in your My Calls workspace.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You will be removed from all organizations and workspaces, and your personal calls will be deleted. Calls in shared workspaces are not affected.
