Keyboard Shortcuts

CallVault supports keyboard shortcuts throughout the app to help you move quickly without reaching for your mouse.

Global shortcuts

These shortcuts work from anywhere in the app:

`⌘K` / `Ctrl+K`	Open universal search
`⌘/` / `Ctrl+/`	Show keyboard shortcuts reference (this page in-app)
`Esc`	Close modal or panel / dismiss search
`⌘,` / `Ctrl+,`	Open account settings

Shortcut	Action
`G then H`	Go to Home (workspace overview)
`G then S`	Go to Search
`G then M`	Go to My Calls workspace
`[`	Collapse / expand the sidebar

These shortcuts work when you’re in a workspace or folder’s call list:

Shortcut	Action
`↑` / `↓`	Move between calls in the list
`Enter`	Open the selected call
`⌘A` / `Ctrl+A`	Select all calls in the current view
`E`	Export selected calls
`T`	Add tag to selected calls
`Delete` / `Backspace`	Delete selected call(s) (with confirmation)

These shortcuts work when a call is open:

`Space`	Play / pause recording
`←`	Rewind 10 seconds
`→`	Fast-forward 10 seconds
`J`	Rewind 10 seconds (alternative)
`L`	Fast-forward 10 seconds (alternative)
`⌘↑` / `Ctrl+↑`	Jump to beginning of recording
`↑` / `↓` (in transcript)	Navigate between transcript segments
`⌘S` / `Ctrl+S`	Save changes (when editing call title or notes)
`⌘E` / `Ctrl+E`	Export current call
`⌘⇧S` / `Ctrl+Shift+S`	Copy share link for current call

Shortcut	Action
`⌘K` / `Ctrl+K`	Open search
`↑` / `↓`	Navigate search results
`Enter`	Open highlighted search result
`⌘Enter` / `Ctrl+Enter`	Open result in new tab
`Esc`	Close search

When reading a transcript in the call detail view:

Shortcut	Action
`⌘F` / `Ctrl+F`	Find within the current transcript
`⌘C` / `Ctrl+C`	Copy selected transcript text

Press ⌘/ or Ctrl+/ anywhere in the app to bring up the keyboard shortcuts panel as an in-app overlay — no need to come to this page.
