Organization settings control everything at the org level — who’s a member, what roles they have, what the org is called, and what workspaces exist.
There are two places this lives:
- Organization in the sidebar — the currently active organization’s own details: name, workspaces, and members
- Settings → Organizations — the list of every organization you belong to, letting you switch between them, create a new one, and see workspaces across all of them
You need to be an org owner or admin to make changes.
Overview
The Overview tab (on the Organization page) lets you:
- Rename the organization — change the display name shown across the app
Workspaces
The Workspaces tab shows every workspace in the organization and lets owners/admins create or manage them.
Members
The Members tab lets you pick a workspace and see/manage who has access to it — the same view as People → Members.
Inviting members
Organization-level invites happen from People → Pending Invites. Click Invite, enter an email address, and choose a role:
- Admin — can manage members and organization settings
- Member — can be added to workspaces but has no org-level management access
The organization’s creator/owner role isn’t assigned through the invite dialog — it belongs to whoever created the organization.
See Inviting Members for the full workflow.
Changing roles or removing members
Manage roles and removals from People → Members or People → Pending Invites. Changes take effect immediately, and removing someone from the organization removes them from all workspaces without deleting their call uploads.
Integrations
Settings → Integrations shows every connected call source (Fathom, Zoom, Fireflies, Read.ai, Plaud, and more) and its status. Each member manages their own connection; admins get visibility into what’s connected.
Billing
See Account Settings — billing currently lives under Settings → Billing and applies at the account level.
Danger zone
Deleting an organization is available from Organization or Settings → Organizations for owners/admins:
- Delete organization — permanently deletes the org, all its workspaces, all calls, and all member associations
Deleting an organization is irreversible. All calls, transcripts, recordings, AI summaries, and workspace data are permanently deleted. There is no recovery option. Download any important exports before proceeding.
