Organization settings control everything at the org level — who’s a member, what roles they have, what the org is called, and what plan you’re on. Access organization settings at Settings → Workspaces. You need to be an organization_owner or organization_admin to make changes here.

General

The General section lets you:
  • Rename the organization — change the display name shown in the nav and on invoices
  • Organization URL — set a custom slug for your org (used in shared URLs)
  • Organization logo — upload a logo that appears in shared call views and exports

Members

The Members tab shows everyone who belongs to your organization and their org-level roles.

Inviting members

Click Invite member, enter an email address, and choose a role:
  • organization_owner — full control including billing and org deletion
  • organization_admin — manage members and settings, but not billing
  • member — can be added to workspaces but has no org-level management access

Changing roles

Click the role badge next to any member to change their org-level role. Changes take effect immediately.

Removing members

Click ⋯ → Remove from organization next to any member. This removes them from the org and all workspaces. It does not delete their call uploads.

Teams

Teams are managed from Collaboration → Teams — named groups of members that can be added to workspaces together. See Teams.

Integrations

The Integrations tab shows all connected call sources (Fathom, Zoom) and their status. Each org member manages their own integration connections — this view gives admins visibility into what’s connected.

Billing

The Billing tab is visible to organization_owner only. It shows:
  • Your current plan (Free, Starter, Business, Enterprise)
  • Seat count and usage
  • Next billing date and amount
  • A link to update your payment method or change your plan
  • Downloadable invoices for past billing periods
To upgrade, click Upgrade plan and follow the prompts. Changes to your plan take effect immediately.

Danger zone

The Danger zone at the bottom of General settings contains:
  • Delete organization — permanently deletes the org, all workspaces, all calls, and all member associations
Deleting an organization is irreversible. All calls, transcripts, recordings, AI summaries, and workspace data are permanently deleted. There is no recovery option. Download any important exports before proceeding.
